All online lessons are £45 - £55 per hour.

Key Stage 2:  It's never to early to start Spanish! Half hour Key Stage 2 lessons are ideal for younger learners.  Lessons are fun and interactive. £25 per half hour

Key Stage 3:  I will support your child's French and Spanish language aquisition and ensure a sound grounding in grammar, vocabulary and speaking as well as offering a creative range of cultural activities to inspire further learning. All private students have access to their own Language Gym classroom and Textivate for extra practice between lessons. £45 per hour

Key Stage 4 - Year 10: In this foundation year, we will focus on buliding confidence in grammar and spoken communication. I will help your child revise for his/her school assessments and exams. All private students have access to their own Language Gym classroom and Textivate for extra practice between lessons. £45 per hour

Key Stage 4 - Year 11: The focus is still on grammar and written and oral communication. This year we will also be devoted to improving examination skills with lots of exam-style question papers and extention work to stretch and challenge the most able.  All work is marked to examination standards which allows for feedback and improvement. All private students have access to their own Language Gym classroom and Textivate for extra practice between lessons. £45 per hour

Key Stage 5 - Year 12 & 13: I am able to support your son's / daughter's school work, helping with grammar, the cultural topics, and essay-writing for the film and book. We will prepare and practise the Cultural Topics for the oral exam and I can share good techniques for the Individual Research Project (but it is against the regulations to help with this). All private students have access to their own Language Gym classroom and Textivate for extra practice between lessons. £55 per hour

UCAS - Personal Statement support. £30 per half hour

• We offer tailored Spanish and French tuition to GCSE and A Level students preparing for examinations. All our resources are created specifically for Profesora Irvine to complement and enhance the teaching in schools and colleges. Intensive examination practice and core grammar are essential elements of our language provision and focused speaking practice will boost confidence and success in oral examinations.

Oxbridge Tuition

We can offer Spanish and French language and literature preparation for applications to Oxford and Cambridge as well as interview training and practice for Spanish, French and all subject areas.

GCSE and A Level Spanish school/college workshops

• We will come to your school/college for a half or full day to work with your examination classes.

A Level: Half day for AS topics and half day for A2 topics, mixed skills workshop.

• In school holidays and weekends close to mock and public examinations, students can book independently onto whole day focused revision workshops.
  Course content is flexible and we can provide a course to suit the specific needs of the students or groups.

Georgina Irvine is a highly experienced and successful teacher with over 20 years’ experience, including 10 years teaching at one of Britain’s most academically successful girls’ independent day schools. She has designed exam revision courses and webinars for schools, colleges and teachers, as well as holiday revision workshops for GCSE and A Level students. She is an experienced GCSE, A Level and International Baccalaureate examiner and moderator.

Georgina has an MA in Modern Languages (Spanish and French)  from St Anne’s College Oxford, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and a M.Ed. in International Education. She has spent time living, working and travelling extensively in Spain, Latin America and France.
